Trouble Shooting of Clutch Plates on Cars!

Update:2022-10-23

What are the common fault conditions of the clutch plate? When the engine is idling, the clutch pedal has been pressed to the end, but it is difficult to engage the gear, and the accelerator gear makes a knock. The pressure clutch pedal was not released after the gear was put into gear. The vehicle has driven or the engine has stopped. Common fault inspection: remove the rear cover of the clutch, put the gearbox into neutral, and step on the clutch. Then turn the driven plate with a screwdriver. If it can be easily turned, it indicates that the clutch is separated and fine; If it is not turned, it indicates that the clutch cannot be separated.

Common troubleshooting methods:

1. Check whether the clutch pedal is too large and adjust it.

2. Check whether the relative height of the separated bars is consistent and too low. Rotate the release fork under the vehicle to make the front of the release bearing gently lean against the inner end surface of the release rod. Rotate the clutch for one week to carry out the query. If the inner end of the release rod can not touch the release bearing at the same time, it indicates that the relative height of the release rod is inconsistent, and it should be adjusted. If the height of the separated bars is the same, but still cannot be separated, it is necessary to check the relative height of the bars. Adjust the separated rods to the same relative height. If they can be separated, it indicates that the original adjustment is unreasonable or damaged too much. After the clutch plate is separated and the lever is adjusted, be sure to adjust any travel arrangement of the clutch pedal again.

3. If the above adjustment is normal, and the separation is still incomplete, it is necessary to remove the clutch, check whether the driven disc is installed reversely, whether it is difficult to move radially, whether the master slave relation moving disc rises or shrinks, whether the rod screw can be loosened after separation, and whether the fluctuation pin can fall off.

4. For the clutch of newly riveted friction plate, check whether the driven plate and friction plate are too thick. If it is too thick, a gasket can be added between the clutch cover and the tooth box.

5. For the clutch of the hydraulic transmission system, in addition to the above inspections, it is also necessary to check whether the brake oil is lacking and whether the pipeline leaks and discharges the gas in the hydraulic transmission system.
